To change your delivery address, login to your account and follow the instructions below:

Login to your Shavekit account here.

Once logged in, click "My Account", on the left side of the screen if using a desktop/laptop, or if using a mobile device, click the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) on the top right of the screen and then select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.

On the lower half of the screen, below "Update your delivery address", enter your new delivery details.

Click the "Save Changes" button to confirm.

Delivery should normally take 2-5 working days after your payment, but deliveries can get delayed on the way. If yours hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please get in touch.

Please confirm your delivery address when reporting a missing delivery.

If you need to stop your account altogether, follow the following instructions:

Once logged in, scroll to down and click the red 'Stop my Regulars Box' then just let us know the reason why and submit your request.

If your payment has failed you'll need to complete the reactivation process to access your online account, but select to delay your next kit rather than have it sent straight away.

To change your delivery frequency, login to your Shavekit account by following the instructions below.

Once logged in, select your delivery frequency from the "manage my box" section of the account area.

Click the "Save Changes" button to confirm.

Choose a less frequent plan and don't get overstocked again:

If you need to pause your account for longer than six months, or stop altogether, please login to your account. Here's how:

  1. Login to your Shavekit account here.
  1. Once logged in, click "My Account", on the left side of the screen (if using a desktop/laptop).
  2. Click "Cancel Options" and follow the onscreen instructions.
