How does Shavekit work?

You choose a razor - either 3 or 5 blades. We send you the handle and your first cartridge kit. You stop paying for expensive brand name refills - as we deliver the perfect shave to you every month.

Why are your razors so good?

We work closely with leading manufacturers to create razors that perform better than overpriced brand names. A quality shave at a smart price.

Can women use your products?

Yes, we have lots of female customers.

What’s in my kit?

There are various options, check your account area to see what you've selected. You'll always get a free handle in your first delivery and you can change the contents of your next delivery anytime via live chat, the account area or via email.

I signed up for a first month discount - what are the terms?

If you signed up for a trial blade, you'll get your handle and trial blade in your first kit at the reduced price. 10 days later your first refills will be sent and then however often you choose. If you need more time for any reason, just let us know and we'll pause or extend your trial.

What is the delivery method and how long does it take?

The delivery is 2nd class mail and usually takes 2 - 3 days.

How often will you send out my blades?

Whenever suits you. The default is monthly, but members can choose bi-monthly, tri-monthly, or less frequent membership options. You can also pause any time (if you go on holiday for instance). But remember - fresh, sharp blades changed once a week deliver a smoother, sharper shave.

What is your refund/returns policy?

You have up to 14 days to return unopened and unused deliveries for a full refund (that's from the date of receipt). You can return the item for any reason within that time period and get a full refund. Return postage is payable by you if you choose to return an item.

Can I change my mind?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime in the month. Or if it’s not for you, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Just email us at hello@shavekit.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Currently it’s just the U.K - but we're working on it!
